Optimizing the Budget Without Compromising the Essentials. Preserving the creative intent, maintaining high standards, and finding practical solutions to stay within the financial framework. The challenge was to turn a budget constraint into an exercise in precision—where every decision matters.
For each piece, we identified the most relevant manufacturer — quality, price, expertise, sustainability. With the designer and the operator, we revisited each item, studied all the value engineering proposals, and built alternatives consistent with the project. This rigorous method made it possible to reduce the budget by 15% compared to the target, without sacrificing the aesthetics or the ambition of the place.
